While on vacation, there is no need to take a pause your daily routine… and fitness and health being an important part of your daily life, we are offering our guests private Yoga classes at the hotel. The experienced Yoga instructors are perfect for all levels and can curate the class to the needs of you or your group.

Classes are offered currently for private bookings for one to eight people in a class, in order to keep everyone healthy and safe. Mats are provided for our guests for use during their session. Stay refreshed with our cucumber mint water and a refreshing pressed juice, all made in-house, to enjoy before or after your yoga experience.

Private classes are $125 per hour for up to two guests, starting March 3, 2021.

Group Yoga is $25 per person, available Saturdays in July & August at 8am and 10am.

Classes Offered:

Vinyasa:
Vinyasa Flow is a moving meditation. This upbeat, creative yoga practice, seamlessly links
breath and movement to cultivate presence. You learn to move gracefully in and out of
poses, utilizing Sun Salutations, strength building and connected movements. Vinyasa
Yoga will build confidence and help you stay focused and centered. Flowing around the
obstacles that come your way, this dynamic practice will empower you with the strength to
face anything on and off the mat.

Yin:
Yin Yoga is a non-impact, restorative practice where the emphasis is on stillness, relaxing
into postures, and creating a myofascial stretch that helps to maintain the body’s pliability
and the full range of movement for the joints. It is an ideal practice for those seeking a
meditative, calming experience. It is also a vital practice to balance out the wear and tear of
tissues experienced by athletes, and can dramatically reduce the risk of non-contact
injuries in the very active.

Slow Flow:
Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga links breath and movement with the element of time to explore
each pose, adapt, and modify. The goal of Slow Flow is to reinforce the mind body
connection with space around transitions, allowing each practitioner to strengthen and
refine if they wish, or adjust and further support if they wish. Slow Flow is a nice starting
point for beginners due to the tempo, but is by no means restricted to beginners.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, you will be required to notify Harbor View Hotel 10 days prior to the event in order to receive a full refund, less 10% transaction fee. In the case of inclement weather, we will postpone the trip to the following day if available. If your schedule does not accommodate the change, you will receive a full refund.
