Chef Nate Gould, founder and creator of the popular Sweet Reaper Hot Sauce and Martha’s Vineyard Smoke House will be visiting Harbor View Hotel to collaborate with Harbor View Hotel’s Culinary Director, Chef Hart Lowry, to create a delicious tasting dinner utilizing Japanese inspired, cooking techniques and flavors. Chef Nate worked for several years on Martha’s Vineyard at our very own Harbor View Hotel as the Executive Chef before moving to Boston to become Chef De Cuisine at the James Beard Award winning restaurant O YA, where he met Chef Hart.
