The Chappaquiddick Island Tour is perfect for anyone looking for a leisure 7 mile bike ride and and has a passion for the the outdoors. This stunning journey is a wonderful escape to a nature refuge on the beautiful island of Chappaquiddick or “Chappy” as the locals call it. It starts at the Harbor View Hotel, with one of our complimentary bicycles or you may also drive your vehicle to the Chappy Ferry (ferry fees apply). The 5-minute ferry ride will take you 527 feet from Edgartown Harbor to Chappaquiddick Island.  We recommend biking the 3.7 miles to Mytoi Garden where you can explore the Japanese gardens. Once you enjoy the scenic bike ride to Mytoi Gardens as your first stopping point, the Trustees of Martha’s Vineyard also offers unique guided tours, where you would have opportunity to visit the infamous Dyke Bridge, take a ride on an over the sand vehicle through the beach dunes, kayak the pristine waters of Chappy, and a visit to the remote Cape Poge Light with views of Nantucket, Cape Cod, and beyond.
