Historic Building

The Historic Building is at the center of the property, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Chappaquiddick Island and Edgartown Harbor from the front. The original structure dates back to 1891 and has been renovated many times over the years. Most recently, the building went through a multi-million dollar restoration, keeping the historic charm, while modernizing all rooms, restaurants and common spaces.
